Public health professionals, government officials, hospital administrators, health plan executives – these are the individuals looking at the big picture in health care. The ones interested in the health status of communities or insurance pools. They need ways to understand and monitor the health of these large groups of people. And they don’t have many tools at their disposal, yet. Health surveys, properly administered and accessible to a large population, can be immensely helpful to these folks.
The challenge is in making the survey tools accessible and easy to use. QualityMetric’s Smart Measurement® System -- using the latest technology -- solves this problem nicely.
