Asthma Impact Survey (AIS-6)

The Asthma Impact Survey™ (AIS-6™) is a six question survey developed to measure the impact of asthma on an individual’s functional health and well-being. Specifically, the AIS-6 assesses the impact of asthma on everyday functioning, performance in usual daily activities, social functioning, emotional functioning, and productivity at work or home. This survey is intended for adults 18 years of age and older, and is available in multiple language translations with a standard four-week recall period.
