Rhinitis Impact Survey (RIS-6)

The Rhinitis Impact™ Survey (RIS-6™) is a six question survey developed to measure the impact of rhinitis on an individual’s functional health and well-being. Specifically, the RIS-6 assesses the impact of rhinitis on everyday functioning, performance in usual daily activities, social functioning, emotional functioning, and productivity at work or home. This survey is intended for adults 18 years of age and older, and is available in U.S. English with a standard four-week recall period.
