DYNHA SF-36 Health Survey
QualityMetric’s DYNHA® SF-36® Health Survey is a computerized adaptive testing (CAT) version of our industry standard, fixed-length SF-36® Health Survey. Intended for adults 18 years of age and older, the Internet-based DYNHA SF-36 is available in U.S. English with a standard four-week recall period. Focused on assessing functional health and well-being, the DYNHA SF-36 measures eight health domains, including physical functioning, bodily pain, the ability to engage in work and leisure activities, psychological distress, vitality, and emotional health.
As an individual proceeds through the survey, the DYNHA SF-36 asks only the questions necessary to arrive at a precise score. The result is the most accurate scoring possible for the SF-36 with the least amount of respondent burden. Such a high level of precision is critical when establishing pre-treatment baseline health status and determining changes over time. Use of the DYNHA SF-36 is most appropriate when you want to assess health status on an individual basis or when specific measurement of group differences is needed.
