QM Certified Programs

When you’re measuring health outcomes, obtaining accurate data is a necessity regardless of what part of the healthcare industry you work in. To ensure this accuracy for clients, QualityMetric proactively works with industry leaders who complement our products and services and match our commitment to excellence.

As a result, we’ve developed two QM Certified programs – QM Certified Partners and QM Certified Resellers.

QM Certified Partners have obtained a license from QualityMetric to use our health survey(s), scoring algorithms, validated scoring services, and reporting (when available).

QM Certified Resellers have obtained a license from QualityMetric to integrate our health survey(s), such as the SF-12v2^® Health Survey, into their own product or software system.

To become a part of either of these programs, QualityMetric must establish that the partner or reseller is using and administering the health survey(s) properly, as well as utilizing the correct scoring algorithms. Once you are certified with us, you will receive these guides to assist with administration and scoring.
