QualityMetric created the Office of Grants and Scholarly Research (OGSR) in 2004 to support the study of patient-reported outcomes in the academic research
community. OGSR's mission is to make our tools easily available to academia. OGSR is a liaison with professors and students, government agencies and members
of SF-36.org. If you are involved in unfunded academic research, such as a thesis or dissertation, or grant-funded research, you may be eligible for this program.
Even academic users must possess a license to administer QualityMetric's intellectual property. Permission to use our surveys are granted on a per study and per
year basis. The fastest way to renew a current license or obtain a new license is to complete and submit a Request Survey Information form. Information you provide
will help determine the licensing program that is best for you and your organization.
