QualityMetric disease-specific surveys can be used alone to screen for and monitor impact on functional status and well-being, or paired with an SF™ Generic Health Survey to capture a more comprehensive picture of health status. All QualityMetric disease-specific surveys are available for paper-and-pencil administration while select disease-specific surveys are available for online administration, or as shorter, faster, DYNHA® (computer-adaptive) surveys.

Disease-specific Survey Definitions:

Disease Control Measurement: Evaluates risk and measures treatment effectiveness by screening and monitoring change in disease control over time. Well-suited to measure the degree of control in a variety of settings ranging from clinical practice to disease management and clinical trials.

Disease Impact Measurement: Assess the impact of disease on functional status and well-being to evaluate outcomes in clinical trials, identify patients in need of treatment, and/or monitor treatment outcomes in clinical practice.

Disease-and condition-specific surveys are available in several language translations, and others can be developed based on client request with advance notice.

While several QualityMetric disease-specific surveys are available now, the company is actively seeking development partnerships for additional disease-specific surveys and the technologies used to administer them.
