The Headache Impact Test™ (HIT-6) a fixed-length, short-form version of the DYNHA® Headache Impact Test™, using just six items to capture the
effect of headache and its treatment on an individual's functional status and well-being. HIT-6 is useful both for screening and
for monitoring change in disease impact. The paper-and-pencil version of the HIT-6 survey can be completed in clinical practice
settings, at home, or in other locations. In addition to US English, the HIT-6 is available in 22 languages.
The HIT-6 can be used alone or paired with one of the SF Generic Health Surveys.
