A Letter to Our Customers

To All Our Valued Customers:

We want to inform you of a recent development that will allow us to enhance the services and support we provide.

After 10 years as the Patient Insights division of Optum, QualityMetric has returned to operating as an independent, stand-alone business. Our entire team remains in place and there are no changes to our operations and services. We remain focused on products, solutions and scientific services to support our clients with patient-related measures, translation and linguistic validation services, and science across the spectrum of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs).

We will now operate exclusively under the QualityMetric brand that is so well known and trusted as the pioneering developer of the SF-36® Health Survey, SF-12® Health Survey, Asthma Control Test™ (ACT), Headache Impact Test™ (HIT-6), and other patient-reported outcome assessments.

We are energized by this enhanced focus and ability to further our leadership position in ensuring the “voice of the patient” is front and center in the assessment of health outcomes.
