Marc Kramer is a founding partner at the New York City based law firm Rolnick Kramer Sadighi LLP, representing professional investors such as hedge funds, mutual funds and private equity funds in securities fraud. Over a career spanning more than thirty years, Kramer focused on value-generating litigation that has recovered over $1 billion for investors through class action opt-out and direct actions, bondholders' rights and investor appraisal rights. Representative clients include Appaloosa Management, Franklin Templeton Investments, SunAmerica Asset Management, Balyasny Asset Management, Highfields Capital Management, Vesey Street Capital Partners, Pennant Capital Management, Nokota Management, Chatham Asset Management, Discovery Capital Management, Owl Creek Asset Management, Fred Alger Management, Jet Capital and Special Situations Funds.
In addition to serving as a board member for the David Tepper Charitable Foundation and the Golda Och Academy Foundation, Kramer serves as a member of the Board of Governors for Hillel International and a member of the Board of Directors for the Center for Israel Education. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, the Dickinson School of Law, Rutgers and the State University of New Jersey.
