These regulations are designed to provide individuals more control over their personal data and ensure that personal data is adequately protected when it is collected and processed by other parties. QM has thoroughly reviewed its compliance status and announces today that the business is in a state of compliance with EU GDPR and UK GDPR.
QM hired an external compliance firm to assess QM’s quality management system and a separate Data Protection Officer (DPO, MyData-TRUST) to support continued compliance. All identified remediation activities have been closed, to ensure a current state of EU GDPR and UK GDPR compliance.
